The “92” represents the core depth of the system: 92 mm (3 5/8”) of solid, laminated wood (calculated without the aluminum cladding). This increased depth is the secret to the system’s “unusual stability,” allowing it to support massive triple-pane glazing units without warping or deflection.

- Finger Joint Pine: All layers are longitudinally finger-joined to eliminate internal tension. This is our recommended substrate for solid color (RAL) finishes, ensuring a perfectly smooth surface.
- Natural Pine: Features solid outer layers without finger joints. This is the choice for furniture-grade, stain-ready finishes where the natural grain is the star.
- Elite Hardwoods: We offer Oak, Larch, Shorea, and Spruce. Each wood is selected for its density and natural resistance to the elements. Additional species are available upon individual inquiry.

We treat our wood with an eco-friendly 4-coat varnish system from TEKNOS. This professional-grade finish allows the wood to breathe while providing a durable, wipe-clean surface.
